Donald Chu

Donald Chu, CEBS

Founder & Principal

Our team Principal, Donald Chu, has worked in senior positions in the employee benefits field since 2001. From 2001-2008, Donald worked at a major insurer as an associate regional manager.

In 2008, he was recruited to join the executive team of a mid-sized benefit administration firm, where he led a business unit responsible for over $30 million of annual premium revenue. Donald has also consulted and coached a wide variety of clients, ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to associations and large companies. Helping clients address organizational HR concerns by implementing sound, viable
solutions is the most satisfying part of the process for Donald. He founded BenefitDeck in 2012 to do just that.

Alexander Miljkovic

Alexander Miljkovic

General Manager

Alex joined the BenefitDeck team in August, 2016. He brings significant leadership and customer services experience to our team. Alex held various key roles in the financial services industry and eventually led a profitable region of one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. His passion for helping customers find solutions to whatever challenge they may have will allow him to continue to ensure BenefitDeck’s clients continue to receive top notch service. Alex’s growth-focused mindset and proven track record will serve as a significant asset for BenefitDeck.

In his spare time, you can find Alex playing tennis, swimming or running after his 3 year old Klee Kai, Kobe.


   

Ryan Graham

Benefits Consultant

Ryan Graham joined the BenefitDeck team in March, 2017. He brings a wealth of knowledge, understanding, and experience in the industry to our team. Ryan has worked in the group benefits industry since 2005, during which he excelled in the progressive roles that held. Just prior to joining BenefitDeck, Ryan managed and grew a profitable block of business at a rapidly growing national carrier. Ryan's energy and passion in helping clients find the right plan to suit their needs and successful track record are a great asset and addition to BenefitDeck.

In his spare time Ryan enjoys doing escape rooms, and doing Tae Kwon Do with his son.


   

Caylie King

Caylie King

Benefits Concierge

Caylie joined the BenefitDeck team in September 2013. Having worked in larger corporation human resources departments, Caylie is experienced in many aspects of HR payroll and benefits administration. Caylie's organizational skills allows her to assist BenefitDeck's clients with their
day-to-day administration to ensure their plans run smoothly.

Caylie excelled in team sports and assisted in coaching Junior Girls Basketball team. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf and basketball.


   

Daniel Wolfson

Daniel Wolfson, B.Sc. CHS

CBIA Specialist

Daniel started his career as a disability claims management consultant and eventually transitioned to working as a financial security advisor with a major insurance company in 2001. Daniel started specializing in employee benefits in 2003 and organically grew his practice, eventually merging with two other business partners.

Dan's passion is helping clients understand the complexity and value of their benefits program and joined BenefitDeck in May of 2015. Dan has significant experience in the areas of employee benefits and has worked well in understanding the needs of various mix of clients, ranging from single entrepreneurs to national organizations.

Dan is a Certified Health Specialist (CHS) and is working on his completing his Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation. In his spare time, he is usually found chasing after one of his four kids or volunteering on the board of his children' school.
